It's been a few years since I've visited Thailand. Just spent the last eight years living and playing in Indonesia.

What's the trance/hard dance/Psy Trance scene like there these days ? A friend told me it was a lot of hip-hop, RnB, and techno but not a lot of trance/hard trance.

I'd love to come on up and play a bit there in the Kingdom but hip-hop, RnB and techno are not my thing.

I was asked to go to Malaysia and play some gigs there but the clubs close at 1.0 am on a weekday and 3.00 am on a Saturday.  . . .  and the Malays are into a lot of rnB, Hip-Hop, Retro and just going out and shuffling and strutting so people look at them. And the clubs get raided a lot too. A mate of mine was playing at one club and they urine tested 2,000 people. They were still taking samples at 7.00 am!! Not a fun place. They even tested him as well as the other house DJs.

but the massive crowds with ppl that dont know the music, isnt really my thing!
i wanna check out the half moons though, and wanna meet some cool ppl livin here that wanna Spin!  im into all styles of music specially drum&bass + breaks, but
i  dont like the usual hip hop they always play at the clubs ( although can still dance to it when im mao ) and all them posers that think its cool to look rich and white
