 @ I know what you feel. but I tell you what from 2004-2006 I don't been even one time.I just get realy tired for party.Also on that time I don't think party in phangan is  not realy good enoung. I don't mean about music or DJ.
I mean there is not good sound system.Is was so bad for speaker. any way end of the year 2006 I'm going to stay in japan for one year.I have been manny time  for party over there{ SUMMER} that make me much enjoy for party agian.I can play some small party in there.{ I mean that party for only some good freind and freind of freind] but even small party there so good sound system.Nice poeple full color. so I just come back end of 2007.I start to go to phangan again. but this time alot of change{ Is this only me thinking?}  I feel like more good soud system.and i just missing beach party.any way i do enjoy it alot on this time.Where are you living? you can still come any time you want.

And fully agree, most sound systems in Thailand are crap and awful. I live in Bangkok - give me a shout if you come up here,  I may be down Koh Phangan side around March or so...

 thank you for invice me. off cause if I been there I will let you know I do want to meet Goa gummy and psy guru also. but I still have no plan for go any where now.I just come back so only place I go is phangan now.
Last night we have big TECHNO party in samui that first time we have party on mountain.But no gest I'm  not sure that because ticket is 1000baht or not enouge imfomation.I know some one there so I went to see it.party is was so bowring. but so nice place I was thinking about if can get this place and do trance will be so nice

Please feel free to update the info on Koh Phangan when you go, especially about where plays good psytrance and has a nice vibe...

About party in Samui - B1,000 is waaaay too expensive for a ticket - how many hours was the party?

If you want to make your own party - remember "special" costs (especially for the boys in brown and local mafia) and to get all the proper permits, blah blah blah. And advertise like crazy... and make sure its not same night as party in KP. Making a party is a lot of work and money, especially here in TH. Look what happened to Greenspirit
